Safety – safety-monitoring of the certified products
We, as a quality assurance association, offer you a constant, pioneering screening of the products which we certify. Before the mark is awarded the individual product ranges are subjected to neutral initial screening. They then undergo constant external monitoring by a renowned testing institute. Additionally, our members themselves are obliged to continuously monitor their products and document their findings according to quality assurance association regulations.
Our advanced testing methods and continuous monitoring offer you the safety that you expect. Because the technical information pertaining to the certifi ed products is ascertained and monitored by an independent testing institute, the technical information of quality assured pipe support systems is not a simple explanation from the manufacturer, but rather offers reliable orientation.
Reliability – our quality mark is dependable
Pipe supports are still viewed as arbitrarily similar. However, this is not the case. There are great differences. Some of these differences are easily recognisable – others are hidden. Our quality marks make hidden differences visible. They give technical information regarding pipe support systems with clarity and safety. Products with our RAL quality mark are subject to high requirements and must completely satisfy the standards set by the German Institute for Quality Assurance and Certification.

Transparency – an important element of our philosophy
Comparing the technical information of diverse providers, taken from their various evaluation procedures, is very diffi cult and time-consuming. The results of this complex task are often inexact and inauthentic. Thus our most important aim is to facilitate the objective performance evaluation of pipe support systems from the most varied of manufacturers.
The technical information of quality marked products is ascertained according to a common standard. Homogenous terminology used in the technical documentation and sales catalogues of our members makes evaluation easier for you.
